We are hiring people with a positive, can-do attitude.<br \/>\nOur study policy is shown below,<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Friendly and upbeat mood.<\/span>(An not authoritarian lab)<\/li>\n<li>You can do <span>world-class<\/span> study at an B4.<\/li>\n<li>We target on <span>active participation in the workshop<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>We participate in some <span>industry-academia-government collaborations<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>Our lab <span>values a certain freedom<\/span>.(Odd-hour study)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In accordance with the above points, we recruit following students.(If you are a student who falls into one of the following &#8220;If you&#8221;-points, we say welcome to you.)<\/p>\n<ul class=\"bluecolor\">\n<li>If you think and act for yourself with a motivation.<\/li>\n<li>If you can&#8217;t get motivated in a passive class.<\/li>\n<li>If you like to achieve anything together.<\/li>\n<li>If you are interested in mobile communication.<\/li>\n<li>If you are interested in &#8220;global study&#8221;.(Not necessary for English skill)<\/li>\n<li>If you want to do leading-edge study.<\/li>\n<li>If you want to become a researcher in the future.<\/li>\n<li>If you try to research at AWCC(Advanced Wireless Communication research Center).<\/li>\n<li>If you get interested in our laboratory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Research content<\/h2>\n<p>Our main study theme is about mobile communication. The typical examples are mobile phone and wireless LAN. They need that how to realize high-capacity\/high-speed communication with efficiently and inexpensively. Recently, the &#8220;frequency usage efficiency&#8221; is to be important.
